Browser agents (WebMCP) vs the remote MCP server

Soundcheck follows one rule: one capability implementation, many discovery surfaces. Every Soundcheck capability lives on the remote MCP server at mcp.soundchecklive.io. This marketing website never reimplements event, staffing, or quoting logic.

When a browser exposes the WebMCP API (document.modelContext, previously navigator.modelContext), soundchecklive.io registers four read-only, discovery-only browser tools: discover_soundcheck_mcp, get_soundcheck_ai_info, list_soundcheck_public_mcp_tools, and connect_to_soundcheck_mcp. They return connection details, product facts, and catalog metadata. They perform no writes, expose no authenticated member operations, and do not proxy calls to the MCP server. WebMCP is a W3C Community Group draft available only in Chromium origin-trial builds; the site feature-detects it and behaves normally when it is absent.
